The Rizzo Realty Group is a family-run brokerage led by Raymond F. Rizzo. From our office on Chestnut Street in Philadelphia and current residents in South Jersey, we help buyers, sellers, and property owners across South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area.
Ray is a real estate broker, investor, and state-certified residential appraiser in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with 40+ years of experience. That background gives clients something most brokerages can’t: pricing grounded in appraisal methodology and the practical eye of someone who buys and renovates property himself.
